I kinda just want to buy it since it’s mostly the only thing i get done everytime i get my hair cut. I don’t want to if I can’t make it even though so is there some procedures to use thinning scissors to make sure they are evenly thinned out?

This page explaines how to use thinning shears: http://www.hairfinder.com/hair/hairthinningscissors.htm

There is a 44 tooth scorpion and a 44 tooth 5 star thinning shear. Other than the 5 star being considered a "level 2" shear, is there a difference in the type of finish between the two thinning shears? For example, is one considered a finishing and one considerd a bulking shear? I simply cannot find the information… and I’ve looked!

Thanks :)

you posted this question on the dog page and this isn’t a dog question.

try googling the KEY points of what you just typed

how does it thin my hair?

They thin your hair because they only cut some of the hair in the section that you use them on and not all of it. You use them about 1 to 2 inches from the root and they remove the bulk.

Is there a shop in leeds (uk) where i could buy thinning shears? Thanks. =]

If there is a 99p shopin Leeds try there,I got some and they work ok,not the best but do the job -you also get two pairs of hairdressing scissors with them:-) Otherwise I got a better more expensive pair in Boots the chemist.

I just got mine in the mail, and now I wanna know how to use them without fucking up my hair. THANKS <33

Just cut your hair and part of your hair is thinned out.

This may not be good if you have thick hair. The new grow will be sticking out like a soar thumb, BUT it’s perfect for thinning your bangs.

I have Heidi’s old bangs, http://styletips101.com/wp-content/uploa…
it’s been my trademark bangs for 15 years and I can easily thin them by using scissors, cutting them vertically. I don’t let anyone but me cut my own bangs.
