Tabatha Coffey had a tough business to tackle to conclude Tabatha Takes Over season 4. In episode 12 that concluded last night, she had to tackle a new business – a bed and breakfast when she visited Cinema Suites.
Cinema Suites is a Big City Bed & Breakfast business. Located centrally in Long Beach, CA, you are minutes away from Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Downtown Los Angeles. With such a great location and a great business idea, one would never think this business was sinking.
Cinema Suites was facing tough times because of their owner/founder – Dianne Bennett. She was more focused on going out to Hollywood events than her business. When you are in the hospitality business, you have to ensure you serve your clients well, but that wasn’t happening here. Thus they needed some help and it was answered when Tabatha Takes Over visited them during the final episode of season 4.

Dianne had worked as a music gossip columnist for a leading trade newspaper. But that Hollywood style was sorely lacking in her bed and breakfast, as Tabatha discovered when she checked in for the night and felt like she was tiptoeing around grandma’s house.
To make matters worse, this B&B did not serve breakfast. Dianne seemed more concerned with her social calendar than saving her failing business, which is also her home!
When Tabatha entered this B&B, she made Dianne realize that she needs to focus more on her guests’ experience than her own Hollywood nightlife in time to save her livelihood.

To help Dianne bond with her team and to help her re-invent the leader in her, Tabatha took the entire team for a camping session. Everyone seemed to enjoy this team outing except for Dianne who was not willing to listen to any of Tabatha’s wisdom.
I’m sure Tabatha must have been frustrated at this B&B but thinking that this was the last episode of Tabatha Takes Over season 4, she somehow decided to help this failing business. In fact, she stayed the night at Cinema Suites, which was not a thrilling experience for her due to the not functional armoir, and the dirty towels.
In the end Tabatha brought some Hollywood glam to this B&B and helped Dianne to tackle her business in a better way.
