My hair is about 2 inches long. My hair is extremely thick and poofy. Is it ok to get my hair thinned? Will thinning it in anyway make my hair shorter in length than it is right now?
It will make parts of it shorter, thinning shears have gaged points, so it will take out and shorten your hair in one step

probly because its removing chunks of hair to make is more thin so it might

It will make it thinner but not permin. thin and will have to be done often. And it may even grow bak a bit thicker. good luck
